I usually don't have high hopes for all natural shampoos because they tend not to lather well. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of lather that this shampoo produced -- not as much as my preferred popular brand -- but better than expected. Smell is good if you prefer herbal scents but I do wish the scent lasted longer than 2 days. I didn't notice much difference in my dog's coat and skin compared to my usual popular brands. My dog didn't seem more bothered than usual when I washed this off his face compared to his usual tearless puppy shampoo.

Overall this is an okay shampoo but the scent doesn't last as long as I'd like for it to, a bottle doesn't long and as such I would not repurchase at it's current price.

Great scent and seems gentle on sensitive skin and puppy eyes. Cleans very well and rinses cleanly leaving a light clean slightly floral scent. Arrived well sealed so no leakage in the box and the bottle and packaging are sturdy enough to drop without having breakage or mess. I like that it's made in the US and feel better about trusting the claims of it's all natural ingredients.

Shiny Paw is made by 'Therapeutic Pet Solutions'/shinypaw.com. This shampoo has a soft pleasant fragrance of lavender and leaves my pet fur smelling fresh without any kind of irritation to the skin. The bottle is 16 ounces and the company that makes ShinyPaw [Therapeutic Pet Solutions] has been around since 2007. Eventhough it says that it's made for 'puppies' I have used it for my 7 year old Labradoodle-mix dog.

Gave my dog a bath with this shampoo yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised that you don’t need to use much to get a lot of suds. I could have used half as much as I do with other shampoos I have tried. The smell was very pleasant and didn’t bother my dog at all. His coat smelled fresh and clean after his bath and it was a pleasure to have him near us. The price was comparable to other dog shampoos I have purchased and, considering it seems to go further, it’s a better deal. I would recommend this product.

We don’t have a puppy, we have an older dog sensitive to shampoo. This may be my new favorite dog shampoo. Great smelling shampoo, tear free made rinsing him a breeze. He smells amazing. Wish i had discovered this shampoo sooner. His coat is soft and fluffy
