Program Terms & Policies

• Net dollar: every net retail US ($)dollar purchase transaction of any Shiny Paw™ or Big Dog Big Cat ™ products on Shinypaw.com, excluding credits, returns, sales tax and shipping & handling.
• Each net dollar equates one Paw Point™. Paw Points™ are calculated at each transaction rounded to the nearest whole point and subject to verification.
• Program Paw Point™ accumulation begins on your enrollment date in the program.
• Rewards can only be redeemed online.

• We may at any time and without prior notice:
  • Change, limit or terminate any aspect of the program.
  • Amend the program, rules, benefits or features in whole or in part.
  • Terminate the program in its entirety.
  • Discontinue or replace any reward with a similar one of lesser, equal or
    greater value.
• Regular shopping cart and Shiny Paw™ Rewards program account must be in good standing.
• Suppliers of goods and services (merchandise & gifts) are neither agents nor employees of Therapeutic Pet Solutions™ (TPS), an Azcatl Company.
• You agree to release TPS from all liability for injury, accident, loss, claim, expense or damages sustained to you in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of any reward.
• TPS neither endorses nor guarantees any of the goods and services, information or recommendations provided by third parties to you.
• You are responsible for determining any tax liability arising from participation in the program. Consult your tax adviser concerning tax consequences.
• All aspects of the program are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
• Redeemed awards are shipped free by USPS or UPS Ground only
• Award shipment may take up to 10 business days from day of award selection for continental US locations. For other US and international locations, shipment time may vary.
